Member Login Forgot Password

To use certain features of the Optionetics website you must be a registered user. Below are some answers to common login questions:

I am being asked to log in but I do not have a username and password.
Registration for the website is free. If you have attended an Optionetics 2-day class, you may register here for the Optionetics website. If you have not attended an Optionetics 2-day class and would like more information on becoming an Optionetics member, register to attend one of our free 2-hour classes or call our office at 1300 727 252 (AU) or +61 2 8213 6066 (INT).

I have forgotten my password.
If you have forgotten the password you created for the Optionetics website you can request to have your password emailed to you.

When I try to log in I receive a message that my account has not been activated.
When you first register with our website, we will send you an email containing an activation link that you will need in order to activate your account. Until you activate your account, you will not be able to log into the Optionetics members section. If you have registered but have not received this email you may have a spam filter that is blocking email from the Optionetics domain. Please add the www.optionetics.com.au to your white list.

My username and password do not work when I try to log in.
Make sure you are using the correct username and password. If you are a subscriber to Optionetics Platinum please note that your Platinum username and password may not be the same as the username and password you will use to login and access members-only sections of the Optionetics web site.
